ROTARY DISTRICT 9800 CONFERENCE VENUES

Conference Opening

Flagstaff Hill Museum

The Museum is home to Australia's richest collection of shipwreck artefacts from some 200 ships known to have been wrecked along the coast.

From everyday items of passengers to the famous Loch Ard Peacock statue valued at over $4M, all have a tale to tell.

As an outdoor facility, there are some disability access restrictions. Please advise volunteers on arrival of any needs.

Conference Plenary & Breakout Sessions

Lighthouse Theatre

The plenary sessions and some breakout sessions will be held at the Lighthouse Theatre on the corner of Liebig and Timor Streets.

The Theatre offers spectacular architectural spaces, including a 583 seat theatre, multifunctional Lighthouse Studio, glass facade foyer and an intimate meeting space.

The Lighthouse Theatre is located right in the centre of the Warrnambool CBD, surrounded by wonderful cafes and a spacious Civic Green.

The fully equipped proscenium arch theatre retains much of the beauty of the original town hall whilst incorporating the latest theatre technology.

The Theatre is equiped with a hearing loop covering more than eighty percent of the auditorium.

Disabled Access

Disabled access and facilities are provided throughout the building. Wheelchair access is at the front of the Theatre. And a space will be reserved for patrons who require it!

A hearing loop is also available, please advise if you require this service.
